Hi, this is my first post. I’m already in the EE pool with my husband as dependent because I have the masters degree. Our CRS is 485 but looking at uncertain situation of draws, I’ve decided to take the study route. My husband has a sibling in Windsor, ON. What are our options? I’ve looked at St. Clair and Windsor Career College but Jan intakes are closed.

Should you mention a spouse's relative in Canada when switching from Express Entry to the study route?

Do not mention your husbands sibling in your letter of intent or elsewhere. Ofcourse if some part of the application asks for your husbands relative, there maybe. But do not unecessarily put it anywhere.

Tehreem A. If asked specifically in his application, he should mention. Should be truthful when explicitly asked , but at place like letters of interest should need not be mentioned.
