Mine scenario was same but many lawyers advised that until i have LMIA so other solution would be there for extension. So i took study in pvt clg in order to stay here for 2 yrs and now i can improve my ielts n learn french. I hope uh could also find some solution
Just thought I’ll ask a quick question ,can I apply for an extension and after rejection apply for a visit visa or there are chances that my visit visa can be rejected ?appreciate the help
Thats not true. Apply your dummy extension before expiry of your work permit.
