Hi there! I was hoping for some insights. My cousin in Pakistan has an approved LMIA letter from Canada. He has applied for a work visa, but it has been declined as the officer is not satisfied that he will leave Canada at the end of his stay. & that he needs to apply for a work permit He had applied for the visa through a consultant. Has this happened to anyone before? What proofs should be submitted to ensure his application doesn't get rejected again. Thanks in Advance.

He needs a letter from his closed relative (such as brother, sister or parents) who possesses a stable job with income or proof of funds to commit that he will be convinced to come back home after permit/visa expires. Hope it can help you… Good luck

If complete and proper documentation was not provided with the application then it's possible for it to he refused
