Reapply immediately with updated SOP and if rejected again, do the first option. Welcoming suggestions. Thanks

Here you need to first check relevancy. You did bachelor in VC. Than diploma in Journalism than you hv exp in media industry. Now you r closing diploma again. This cocktail confuse VO.
Apply for GCMS notes first and get a detailed explanation of rejection. Then accordingly you can re apply, either for the same course or for a different course
Do masters in communication. Diploma after so many years of experience is not considered justifiable progression
Go for first option. It will take time but it will be better.
