My profile was eligible to the express entry program everything was in a good term until i received the nomination letter yesterday i was chocked by receiving after the nomination letter , an IRCC letter said that I’m not eligible to the EE program. I'm wondering if this has to do with the nomination because I received the designation and automatically the IRCC letter at the same time?

Check proof of funds requirement . Recently IRCC has updated it so you need to follow the criteria to eligible in EEP
Key to this is you might have become ineligible due to 67 point scale though you may have good crs
