Hi need your suggestion I'm applying under non sds route As I am an Indian residing in Bahrain and will apply from Bahrain. I want to apply for GIC, but I checked with Scotia Bank and they said I need to transfer funds from an Indian Bank account (which I don't have and don't want to open any) Furthermore Scotia Bank said that if i transfer funds from Bahrain bank account, it would be rejected, and they dont accept any money transfers from exchange centers either. Any suggestions? I tried with CIBC, but was confused about the address part, as it asks for permanent country of residence and I can't change Bahrain to anything else as the website locks it, should I mention here Bahrain address ?
