Though me and my spouse never travelled to canada before. What should I do know.

Abu Zakariya Wa Sulayman Okay. On most paper based applications they are asking for fresh PCC. Get in touch with IRCC to explain you have never been to Canada. When did u submit your application. And it is with Indian PCC or not
