At this point coming to Canada for you will be waste of money if you cannot manage an LMIA. I would suggest try to get experience in India in a demanding field and target PNP. What will you do after coming to Canada since your work permit is expiring.

Bridge WP can only be applied after ITA and AOR. And it wont come down to 490s next month for sure. Give it 6 months max
make 6month experience in the category job from india and easily apply for EE..
