CanadaSpousal Open Work Permit1

Hi, My husband has got a closed work visa from his employer and they raised a dependent-visitor visa for me. We are yet to travel to Canada. Can I raise my SOWP application online from India based on his stamped work visa ( my husband has not got a work permit yet as he is yet to travel) Or Should I travel to Canada and apply for SOWP from inside Canada via flagpoling? Is there any minimum time I need to wait for flagpoling or can I do it in the first week of landing in Canada? Please advise! Ask Kubeir Immigration

Application for spouse permit online is gonna take time, please check the processing time online and paper based. I am awaiting response for last 6 months being in Canada..

Ideally your open work permit was supposed to be applied together so best is to do flagpole once you land here as it will be very quick as compared to an online application
