Hi My fiancé has applied for study visa on 29th September 2021 under SDS category, and still she hasn’t got any decision on her application. It’s almost more than 30 weeks for study visa application. She has taken the course of data analytics for business in St. Clair college Ace acumen Mississauga Campus. She has already completed her first semester online. Please suggest us what to do next. We have emailed immigration offices in Delhi, Bangalore and Chandigarh multiple times, but we keep on getting auto-generated replies. This situation has been really stressful for us and our families. Also we can’t withdraw the admission from college because then we will loose our fees. We can only get refund if we get visa refusal.
