Hi! My brother’s application for study permit to IRCC has been rejected twice in India. The reason they provided both times is “The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.” I got a review from two different consultancy firms and they said there is no gaps or nothing wrong with the application. I want to understand how can I proceed forward as my brother really wants to pursue his college education in Canada. Thanks!
