Hi members, I wanted a small little suggestion. My estimated CRS score is 477 considering my 3+ years of foreign work experience in IT as a Software Developer, my 2 year Canadian education and my english language scores. I do not have a "so called" Canadian IT experience yet, but I am still working at an organization based out of US while living in Canada. My question is - Shall I apply for Express Entry now with that above mentioned scores or shall I wait until I have my 1 year Canadian work experience?

Enter the Express Entry pool now or wait for Canadian experience? Members say: enter now
Swapnil Roy Chowdhury you can update your profile anytime, this is just getting into pool, you are not applying for any PR here, just create your profile with the correct info, If not ITA you might end with any PNP, so create profile. Just FYI, If your payroll is in from USA even though you are living in Canada then it’s also foreign exp.
Try to improve your IELTS/CELPIP score. If you get CLB 9 or more in each of the bands of the exam, you'll have a boost in your CRS Score for adaptability because you also have 3+ years of skilled foreign experience. Play around with the CRS tool and see how much it varies if you meet the criteria I mentioned.
Vineesh Pallikara yes but once i submit only then my profile will be considered right? Also, i will not be able to change anything after submission. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Its always good to have your profile in the pool and then increase your scores. There are targeted STEM draws plus ONIP nomination.
William Cobeña Minaya thanks a lot. That information helps.
