Hope you will clarify them. 1) I have acquired an OTHM Level-7 diploma in Project Management. And I am interested in pursuing a master's degree in Data science and analytics. To avoid any misrepresentation, Is it advisable to reveal the PM diploma certificate while applying for a master study permit application? 2) Can I have dual intent while applying for a student permit? Will that affect the student permit application? Kindly advise. Thanking you.

If both are almost same then you have a reason to hide. Still there are sometimes reasons to do a degree in the same degree but from a different country and different Institute. In your case, it seems that these are different programs, no reasons for hiding.
