CanadaStudy Permit2Hi, Kubeir Kamal I lodged my application with LOA from Laurentian (masters of engineering course work) and I am expecting my passport back from IRCC after a study visa and have received a POE introduction letter as well. I have another offer from the university of Windsor (masters of engineering course work) and want to proceed and change my institute. Considering the fact that both are same level programs, both are DLI with PGWP and I will be getting my study permit at post of entry (Canada airport) --- Can I simply update IRCC by logging in to Gckey account (there is a link to change DLI) or do I need to once again apply for study permit? APPRECIATE your prompt response

If your study visa application has been approved and you change your DLI, must submit a a new study permit application with a new LOA along with the new application fees.
If you change DLI in your own country, all the formalities have to be done again to get student Visa. Change DLI after landing in Canada.
Change in DLI would need new study permit application. So better land in Canada and then file for it.
