I am planning to get admission for Sep 2023 2023 in University of Saskatchewan. I I have completed Bachelor in 2006 and Masters in 2020. After 2020 I am working in my NOC. My questions are Do I have to give explanation about both gaps(2006_2018) &(2020-3023) or only after last degree. 2ndly my consultant told me that if I get acceptance letter on the basis of Duolingo I am not required to pass IELTS for visa processing , Is this true. SOP should be explanatory covering all the gaps with supporting clarification
