Hi.. if I am citizen of India but resident of another country , but want to apply for my tourist/study visa from India do I need to be in India at time of application , would the entry stamp need to be attached .. please advise Kubeir Kamal

Rajeev Dhawan I don't what IRCC saying, as soon you fill the application checklist you will ask to choose the country of residence . If you put other then 14 countries SDS allowed you will be directed to non SDS.this is my personal experience.

You need to mention the residence in the application .biometric you can take from either country residence or country of citizen .also once application is approved you can stamp passport from either country of residence or country of citizen.

Pascal Dsouza yes definitely I will mention country of residence as uae only.. but I was wanting for the application to go through india as rejection rate is 100% here

Deepanjali Singh very strange. I have many friends who got study permit from UAE . More weak point applying from gulf counties rejection is the family ties.
