Hi, I needed to understand about applying for PR under the PNP Programs. My PGWP is expiring next month and if I plan to move to a smaller province, how would be the process to apply under PNP. I will be applying for extension just to buy more time but in that meantime I can plan my move to any other province. Please message me if anyone can help me understand the process of it. Thank you.

That won't be enough sorry. You can extend your stay only by taking another study program. Otherwise you wont be able to work on visitor visa. Your score is good but not good enough for the draw. Are you not getting under any skilled category?

Your main assumption is that the WP extension process will take time to come in while you move and get the required docs. What if the WP extension process is done in 15 days and you get rejected fast?

Mansi Bisen not really. But employers want to see your work and your personality before giving you documents. They agreeing to give it in a month is hard

Ammar Ilyas all of this process has to be done before my WP expires? Can it be done on implied status?

It is very hard to find a job in another province and request documents within a month.

Well that depends on your noc code and province you are planning to move

Mansi Bisen implied status doesn’t give you that much time
