Hi I need your guidance in the following scenario. I am working in NB on work permit visa and I have applied for PNP of NB. I have successfully received ITA from NB and now I need to submit my documents. My question is that my employer has not given me LMIA. Just to add information that for NB PNP, LMIA is not required. For submitting documents in Express Entry, do I need to submit LMIA along with my offer letter? Can we show the same job offer without LMIA? If I don't have LMIA, then how can I proceed in EE? I don't have amount to show as Proof of Funds? Please guide me.

Ritu Sravya Reddyi 3 months. The job is a permanent NOC A job. The employer has supported thr application. I think the pof requirement is for the federal because 12 months of experience is not completed

How long have you been working to the company? LMIA is not needed, pof is not needed to as you have existing job already
