CanadaStudy Permit1

Hi, i had created an express entry profile that was declared ineligible due to low CRS score. Now, i am going to apply for a student visa for my master's degree, however there are few doubts ie 1. Should I create another GC key to begin my student visa application ? I read somewhere that ircc can track our previous data, and if our past record shows any intent to settle while applying for student visa, then our study permit will be rejected. 2. Does ircc review and access fresh applications with any linkage to the existing ones ? (There are some discrepancy in my ee application, that shouldn't be in my student visa form) Kindly help Kubeir Kamal sir . Thank you.
