CanadaProvincial Nominee Program12Hi, I got Ontario PNP invite under STEM and my score is 462. I have 1.5 years of canada experience ( currently working in Ontario)on an open work permit. In May 2023, my company filed for a closed work permit for me and it would take at least 2-3 months to get processed from now. The problem is that , I got 462 because of job offer( open work permit not eligible for job offer points I think), can I accept the invitation without my closed work permit ?

I think you should not accept it coz if you did not select ‘yes’ on the job offer question, your CRS score would be lower and you should not have been invited in the OINP draw.
I mentioned LMIA and that’s how I got 50 points added, I think I would wait for a couple of weeks, if the work permits arrives within that time, can I accept?
You mentioned you have a job offer but did you also mentioned that it’s LMIA? If not then you are good to go.
It may be considered as a misrepresentation if you accept.. but please take expert advise
