CanadaPermanent Resident1Hi. I got my PPR in June 18th, and sent our passport for VISA stamp right away but there is no news till now, it is about to get 4 weeks on Friday. In the IRCC website, it said it takes 30 days. And the VFS global tracker do not seem to work. It says unexpected error every time we use it (tried for couple of days, different browser , different computers, mobile phone, it says the same errorl). How do we know when it will be back? Or we can just wait the VFS to call us? We want to wait for the passport back before booking for the flight to be safe. And we got worried for the delays. Did someone had such issue. Can you advise what we do or just wait?

I submitted on 26 June and received it without stamp. As per them it was damaged passport and i have to resubmit my new passport.
I submitted on June 19 and got it back July 11.
