Makwana Vijay i have been to couple of Caribbean countries while I had TRV. As long as you have a visa of temp visa of canada, US, and/or UK. You do not require a separate visa to enter one of these countries. In this case, x has a PR. They can travel with an ease.
Travelling is typically restricted based on your passport country. Check visa free arrival for Bahamas.
