Hi Guys, My spouse will be studying in Canada starting September 2023. She has received her study visa and I have applied for my open work permit. My application is still under review. I currently do not have an express entry profile in the pool (I withdrew it before applying for an open work permit, thinking it might affect my application). I feel that I have a decent chance of getting an ITA next week if I enter the express entry pool again. Should I enter the pool? Will it affect my chances of getting a work permit as the visa officer might think that I have intentions of staying permanently in Canada? Please advise.
