If my medical expires before COPR expiry then, doing fresh medical will make copr valid or i will need to apply extention of Copr? eg. copr issues- January 2022 medical passed- sept 2021 now 1 year is till jan 2023 and medicals expired

What happens if your medical exam expires before you land on your COPR?

COPR expiry is linked to medical expiry. Check your COPR or your single entry visa (if visa was stamped) for your COPR expiry. COPR cannot be extended once issued. If expired and not landed, a new PR application has to be made.

Your copr validity will be max one year the date of your medical.
