I received this letter from Canadian Embassy through my IRCC account saying to submit the letter which is the requested document, I followed all the instructions to submit it however, I couldn't found the option to upload the document. What should I do to solve this issue because I have a very short time to submit. Thanks in advance and appreciate.

go to ircc website and login with the gc key credentials then follow the steps as mentioned in this letter. they have clearly mentioned the steps for uploading the scanned documents.
Hassan ALjerwie if u lodge your file from agent, contact them ASAP to upload your new LOA.
