As I cannot send it now from Libya, can I send it from Pakistan? In our case my husband will be the main applicant, is it a must for me to evaluate mine as well?

Does the spouse need an ECA? Only if you're claiming their education points

If you need points for your education then you must need ECA. If you're degree is from Libya, search website of your university and contact them. All universities do send to ECA bodies directly and charge a fee for this service

They are very less due to age factor we are 38/35
