Now no agent is ready to pick my case as in the university 's documents my former agent is still my agent, and in case of visa approval the commission will be sent to him not to my new agent. So could you please guide me how can I change my agent in university.

You can contact the school directly and ask them to remove your current agent. Some schools don’t let you change the agent but they can certainly remove the existing one.
Why do you want to go to any other study agent ? Contact any Ircc authorised immigration consultant and pay him/ her for study visa and apply .
Mail to your college that you need to change agent. It will take few days but they will do it.
Send email to your university. May take a week or two depending on the response from uni.
