Hi guys! I created my EE profile last august with 361 crs score then updated the profile last october because I added Alberta as one of the provinces that I consider to live in. I am NOC 3131 and upon checking there was a draw last 26th of october with min of 300 crs score. I’m just confused why I didn’t get an NOI. Can somebody enlighten me on how they pick someone to recieve NOI? Thank you.

I'm not an expert, but as per my understanding. May be your NOC 3131 is not required by them. They did selected someone with min. 300 score but that doesn't mean everyone above 300 will get NOI. They select only those which are beneficial for Alberta w… See more

I was an AINP Nominee back in 2019. Alberta draws take place within their own demand list. That is, they make a NOC list, which is required for their province and draw within those NOCs. Maybe your NOC 3131 was not on their list.
