CanadaProvincial Nominee Program1Hi guys, can someone please help me with my queries? My husband's CRS is 464 and his NOC is 1121 - Human resources professional. Since this CRS will be less for EE, we're planning to move ahead with PNP. However, I see this NOC code is only in demand in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Our Saskatchewan score is 64 and the cut off has been 70 and above since the past 1 year. Hence, no point going ahead with SINP. Under AINP, accelerated tech pathway, we need to have a valid job offer to apply which seems highly impossible. The only option left now is OINP however this NOC is not in demand. Can someone please suggest what possible steps can we take to be eligible for atleast one of these PNPs? P.S. CRS of 464 in ielts second attempt with CLB 10. Age 30 completed, WES ECA report has given Canadian equivalency of 1 year PG diploma for masters. TIA

Also in case if WES has considered your masters as 1 year PG diploma,you can try other ECA bodies like CES,IQAS,ICES etc.
The NOC is in demand in Ontario. I got my nomination through OINP, same NOC
