Inform your college and defer to January, you need the notes to give you the exact reason for refusal so that you can address it appropriately. All the best don't be in a rush
For full fee refund we must inform college/university. Or you may check for any deferment options as per policy. GCMS notes may take 40days, so first thing is to apply asap.
Amy Singh i did that, also i wanted to ask if there is any possibility of re-applying the application and receiving it in a month or a so?
For processing times, we need to check official website as they keep it updated as per file submissions or backlogs.
My college will begin on September and before that i need to apply for the same
