While showing the home country experience for PR, do we need to provide: 1) an experience letter received recently OR 2) the experience letter that we got previously AND also plz let know, other than employment reference/experience letter, what doc do we need to show from our home country as a proof of experience? Many are telling different opinions that's why I put up the query here. Plz guide me. Thanks in advance.

Must is the experience letter showing - job responsibilities, wage, working hours, designation, whether job was FT, contact details, all to be mentioned in company letterhead. Nice to have in addition would be Pay slips and any other employment related docs - offer letter, increment letters etc. I had attached all, didn’t get any ADRs.
Tanjit Alwuma Thank You.. Can you plz let me know what are the essential details needed in experience letter. Like what I came to know is, it should mention FT or PT, job title, letter head be there, wages, roles & responsiblts, contact details of company. Anything more needed?
Chandini Raveendran job title, duration, no. of hrs a week, wage, duties, letterhead, contact info of the employer. No need to include TEER code.
it doesn’t need to be recent, as long as the letter has all the required details, it will be accepted.
