My company wants to keep me too but HR has a concern that it might be illegal. Is there a way out? And is it really illegal? My company plans to open an office in Canada too but that maybe next year or so.I need to respond back to them with a solution to stay. Please help Sudhansu Kumar NayakKubeir Kamal
