CanadaStudy Permit1Hi Everyone we need suggestion, as my wife is applying for study visa this month end I and my wife stay and work in UAE for past 6 years and we want to apply the visa under sds category from india but how can we prove our travel history for past 5 years ? and how do we show the visa officer our home country (india) ties…… our consultant is asking us to apply from UAE only and saying do not lie or hide anything and he is asking to show sabbatical leave letter which my office is ready give and will join the same office in uae after my studies…. Please advice by showing the sabbatical letter and applying from UAE, would have chances of getting visa approved ? OR If I take 2 weeks leaves and go to india and apply under SDS, how can I show my work experience and travel history. Please help Arman Haryana Thank you

Diago Lopes no it does not impact- You are not a permanent resident of Dubai- at last you need to come to india -Anyone can do job abroad - Travel history is not a problem-
It’s not a lie if you apply from India - You are citizen of India - You will come back to india that’s you need to show.
