Why is the eCOPR taking so long after uploading your photo and address on the PR portal?

If you mean eCOPR then Yes. People from early October are all waiting for it. Must have something to do with their yearly quotas being filled and hence no more processing.

I got in a week after portal request. Go to the bottom and check. picture and Mail address showing same in review with ircc but ecopr was in bottom last of page
