Can we apply for study permit after/if we receive the LOA or do we need to wait till the completion of the course?

Rajpreet Kaur okay. But for study permit we need an actual LOA right? Or can we use the conditional LOA after the condition (course completion) is fulfilled?

Undoubtedly wait for the completion of your course. For now the college/University will issue you the conditional admission letter only.
