I hold a bachelor's degree in Advertising from Iqra University and a master's degree in Media Management and Marketing from the Institute of Business Management. Both degrees were earned from different universities, and I would like to have them evaluated by CES for immigration purposes. I have a query regarding the submission of official documents. Should I request both universities to directly send the official transcripts and degree certificates to CES? Kindly clarify the preferred procedure for submitting the official documents from each university. Thank you.

Ces only accepts HEC sealed envelopes from Pakistan. So you have to go to HEC yourself and courier the sealed envelope yourself.
