From February 2021 until January 2023, I was working remotely for a company in Pakistan as an implementation consultant. My salary and benefits were all associated with Pakistan and had nothing to do with Canada. Does anyone have any idea if this work experience that I have gained in Pakistan would count towards my PR application?

You can be either a full time student or full time worker You can't claim both points for a particular time
Either study points or work points can be utilised ...
