Moreover, I have not visited these countries for more than 6 months after getting my PCCs. My question is will these PCCs be valid for PR application? Thank you Kubeir Kamal

It is recommended to get PCC after your last date of stay in the country, especially for your home country.

If you haven't been to those countries since you had your pcc then you're good.
