I have applied for my post graduate work permit and am currently working in Canada (applied status). I want to apply for FSW express entry from within Canada. My score is 486. 1. My WES is expiring in March 2023- should I apply for updation now or should I wait till it expire? 2. I am married but applying in spouse not accompanying category . Also, my passport does not have my husband’s name in it - will this be a problem? 3. After getting ITA, for my PCC will I have to go to India ? 4. How many funds should I show? Will that work if those are in CAD? Your responses based on experiences will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

1. Keep following draws, at any point you feel you won't get ITA before March, apply for update. Though chances are low in your case, you should get ITA in jan.
For PCC, apply from Canada, submit your PR application (AOR) and then look at travel to India.
1. Wes is valid for 5 years ? Are you sure it's expiring?
