Amsterdam I think not reuired .but frankfurt not sure .some of Europe airports require a transit visa even if you are staying within the airport.please check the airlines .don't put yourself in risk.

If 2 stops in Europe then a transit visa is required. Your Amsterdam to Frankfurt flight will be treated as domestic. Better call the Airline and clarify.
