I know it’s too less score to receive ITA hence PNP is the option. Professionally, I fall under the NOC 41404 category, working in clinical trials industry with 8 years of experience in this field along with a master's degree. I have a questions and would appreciate your guidance on them: 1. Is it possible for me to apply to Ontario and Alberta's PNPs from India without a job offer? If so, could you guide me on how to go about this? 2. For OINP, as per e filing portal, it requires date of NOI in IRCC account, I believe I did not select any provinces during creating IRCC profile. As far as I know, both Alberta and Obtarion pick by themselves, if the stream does not require job offer, so you can t apply directly.
Ontario n Alberta pick from d pool. U dnt apply to thrm. Only for Alberta tech stream which u shld be job offer
You need to select all provinces and allow Ontario specifically access to youe WES equivalency
