My COPR expiry date is 12th Aug and the medical exam was on 27th July 2021. I don't know the other two dates. In the COPR document, it is mentioned I have to land on or before 12th Aug. Can Kubeir Kamal sir or someone please guide?

Follow the validity date of COPR and the visa (should be the same). These are the docs you will be presented to the immigration not your medical
