I've gone through the posts and was able to figure out the timeline after that but I really want to know about how long it took before that. I could see that people's IELTS was expiring by the time they got their ITA. Does that actually takes that long? Thanks in advance!

If one's Noc isn't in Demand, or your crs doesn't fit the range, or the draw doesn't happen- the NOI doesn't come in . So its not guaranteed

It depends . I recieved the noi 15 days after creating a profile.
