However my classes commence on 07 January '23and last date of joining the classes in person is 10th January ‘23,unfortunately my offer letter expires on 10th Jan ‘23 .Although I have requested the college for some extension and still waiting for the reply. Other concern is that my passport expires on 26th August ‘23 My query is since I have received the PPR, should I send this passport which expires in 8 months for stamping and then later can I get the visa stamp on the new passport again?

U should have renewed the passport till now go for passport tatkal appointment and attach your ppr letter to explain your situation and mean while wait email reply from college
I’m not sure if you did not know, but you should have had your passport renewed when your application was in process
