My score is less as I don't have a masters degree. Can someone guide me what are the options available for me here. 1. Enroll myself in a 2 year masters program to increase score to 480ish. But by the time I'll complete my masters in 2025, I'm afraid the immigration policies might change. 2. Enroll in a one year postgraduate diploma from any virtual university to increase score. My score will be around 470ish. Need guidance on this.

Did you create an EE profile?Some NOCs get provincial nominations even with CRS scores <400.If you don't have issues in showing POFs give it a try.Research on your NOC to find where it is mostly demanded
I doubt that even 470 or 480 will not help you in EE as of right now the recent draws closed at somewhere around 490
