CanadaVisitor Visa2Hi all, Need immediate help pls!! My mother's visit visa has been refused. The two reason being given is ties in India and that she won't go back. She had clearly stated she's married for 40 years and has a joint family where she stays with her husband, son, daughter in law and two kids. Also that it's the first time she ll be travelling without my father.. The reason of applying visit visa was my pregnancy and she had even shown return tickets and a duration of one month stay during my delivery in April. She had mentioned in cover letter there is no one else to assist me during my delivery. Can anyone pls suggest if applying through PHAC now will help. I really need her to be here as we don't have any body else to help me during my delivery. Thanks in advance!

Try getting PHAC approval and attach that when you submit next time.

Shreya Chatterjee yeah spoken to my doctor today and she is willing to give the phac form. So hoping there would be a resolution soon. Thank you for your inputs
Dubai is better in this regards you can easily get a visa. Don't have to go through this kind of bullshit
Whats ur status in canada? If u are PR then very high chances of getting Visa
