Arman Haryana yes agree with you. I am just telling that even if you want to renew it, you can only do it (maximum) 365 days in advance from date of expiry. So the person has to continue with the current passport anyways.
Dil Goraya renewing a passport is not something people should worry. The person who posted still has 3 years. It does not take a lot of time to update. Just go there any update/ inform ircc.
You can only renew your passport when expiry is within a year unless there is an address change.
you cannot renew it before 2024, I faced the same issue
