Also- I know the PEI website states that applicants living and working in PEI will be prioritized, but is there no wiggle room around that? Outlanders absolutely don't get PEI PNP?

You may get ITA from federal in upcoming draws but i dont see u receiving NOI from PEI, since connection is very important as far as i know.
