However, my points got updated to 0 and now I'm no longer eligible to any EE program, and I can't accept the nomination. I'm also trying to update the POF as it's been revised and my profile still has the old threshold but I can't make any change now. Do I need to create a new express entry profile? How about my provincial nomination?

In all cases you need to create another profile, so create another one then email BC to explain the situation. Don't forget to send the number of both the old and the new profile...send this screen shoot as well to prove that it happend the same day ...good luck
It is better you contact the BC province asap before the deadline is finished.
