CanadaCanadian Experience Class2Hi All, I need suggestion regarding my case, I am planning to take jan 2023 intake along with Spouse work permit, my husband already had work experience in canada around 1-1/2 years from 2018 dec to 2020 sept. My doubt is, if we travel once we get visa approval, Can he proceed with PR process as primary and myself as secondary applicant? since he is already had canadian work experience, currently he is unable to crack his ielts.

Edward Robinson yes, got your point. But he is really struggling to get basic score in ielts, so we don’t want to wait till he clears. If we reach there by any other mode, he will have lmia job, so that will boost it’s score. Thinking in that way.
Porkodi Dharani Rajanhe doesn't have to be in Canada to apply. He can apply anytime as he is eligible
He is eligible to apply under CEC if its was a NOC O/A/B full-time job
